Out4Biz is an active and visible organization for LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered) students in the MBA, PhD, and Sloan programs
at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. O4B provides a safe community for
both out and closeted LGBT students. As we seek to strengthen
bonds among our members, we are also committed to fostering awareness,
understanding,
and sensitivity among our classmates, the larger Stanford community, and

O4B generally has over 20 active student members. Membership in O4B is
confidential - individual out-ness is up to you! Partners are also welcomed into both the O4B
community and the GSB community at large.
Out4Biz Allies
We are grateful to our allies who show support for the GSB's LGBT
community. If you'd like to become an ally, please join our gay-straight alliance!
We maintain a confidential email list and host special events throughout the year just for O4B Allies. To
join the mailing list, email the O4B Presidents.
Out4Biz Alumni
O4B alumni have a separate mailing list. The alumni
host a number of annual networking and social events in the San
Francisco Bay Area. In addition, many alumni act as mentors to current
